Enjoy and experience on of the most beautiful and exciting rapids, to see irrawaddy Dolphins at the Laos-cambodia border and visit the impressive Liphi falls, also known as Tad Somphamit falls.

Note: This tour can de held every day, from a small group of 4 people and up to more then 20 people. A private tour can also be aranged. 


Tour: After your lovely breakfast at Paradise restaurant (8:30), we start our paddling trip around 8:30. The guide will give you first some basic paddle instructions. After that we paddle to the western side of Don Det, we will pass some small Islands, to the north of Don Khone Island. This takes us about 40 minutes, after mastering some minor ones, you will enjoy some exciting grade 2-3 rapids. After that we will stop at Don Khone village, talke a walk of 25 minutes, pass an old bridge and visit the Khone pa soi. We stop here about 25 minutes to look around and then continue walking to the pier (about 20 minutes) to start paddling downstream (about 40 minutes) to the area where the last irrawaddy Dolphins are living, on the lao-cambodian border. After that we will go to a place where only local fisherman come to take some photos and to swim. Then we are kayaking back to the pier at Hang Khone village where we take the local transport to visit the Liphi falls and after that return back to Don Det.
