Day 1: Vientiane (Lunch + Dinner)

Arrive in Vientiane by flight or by bridge. Transfer to Hotel for check in. After Lunch, start Vientiane City Tour by visiting Wat PraKeo, one of Laos? most highly respected temples, now turned into a museum. Its name derives from the Emerald Buddha, Thailand?s most valued Buddha image which was snatched from them and kept in the temple for over 200 years. Then visit Wat Sisaket, famous for its cloister wall housing thousands of tiny Buddha statues date from 16th and 17th centuries.

We continue the tour by visiting That Luang, the most important monument in Laos and also a national symbol, then drive to Anousavari also known as the Arc de Triomphe of Vientiane as it resembles to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. It is dedicated to those who fought in the struggle for independence from France.

Later enjoy a tropical sunset on the Mekong River and dinner at restaurant with delicious Lao dishes and Lao traditional dance.

Overnight at hotel in Vientiane.

Day 2: Vientiane - Xieng Khouang (BF + Lunch + Dinner)

After breakfast we will go to the airport for our flight to Xieng Khouang. We will transfer to Hotel and after a short rest and lunch we go visit the Plain of Jars. The Plain of Jars is a megalithic archaeological landscape in Laos. It consists of thousands of stone jars scattered around the upland valleys and the lower foothills of the central plain of the Xiangkhoang Plateau. Only a little is know about the stones, they where likely used for elaborate burial rituals. Then it is time to drive back and have dinner at the hotel.

Overnight in Xieng Khouang.

Day 3: Xieng Khouang - Luang Prabang (BF + Lunch + Dinner)

After breakfast we will visit the market and drive further to Luang Prabang. Then after a short rest and lunch at your hotel we start sightseeing Luang Prabang. We will visit Wat XiengThong, Wat Mai (the biggest temple in Luang Prabang) and the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun. Then we climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa, as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. Then we climb down and have dinner at a restaurant and after that the evening is yours.

Overnight Luang Prabang.

Day 4: Luang Prabang (BF + Lunch + Dinner

Breakfast, Boat trip on the Mekong riverwhich also gives us a taste of the tranquil countryside and an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes. Along the way, we stop at Ban Xang Hai to visit the rice wine distillation. ?We will enjoy a Picnic lunch and in the afternoon we will visit the weaving village of Lu ethnic at Ban Phanom. Dinner at Hotel.

Day 5: Luang Prabang - Departure (BF + Lunch

After breakfast we will visit the national museum (the former Royal Palace), which displays a lovely collection of the artifacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the early kings right through the last sovereign. Then we continue driving to the beautiful Kuang Si Waterfall where you can splash around in the pools or walk along the forest paths

In the afternoon it is time to say goodbye and transfer you to airport for your departure flight.
